In FarmVille you now have the ability to harvest your animals in addition to your crops. So below I have compiled a list of profits for trees and animals. I am assuming that the initial cost of all of the items listed below is zero since it’s possible to gift these items to yourself.

**This animal was only available for a limited time.

Farmville Fertilizer Tip

Saturday, April 24th, 2010

There are a couple of messages you will receive on your newsfeed about fertilizing crops. One published item is a couple of avatars with a basket of puny produce and is a direct request from a neighbour to fertilize their land after they have planted a batch of seeds. The second published item is a bag of Super grow fertilizer and is a statement about the fact that one of your neighbours has just fertilized another neighbours farm and is thanking them for doing so, and basically wouldn’t it be neighbourly if you did the same back for that neighbour.

If you click on the published item with the two avatars and the puny produce you will be taken to that person’s farm and able to fertilise their plots. You will get a message box come up stating that you have fertilized someone’s farm and can another neighbour repay you and so on. You can click accept or not. After returning to your farm there will be a message on the top right hand corner of your farm saying Get your crops fertilized. Click on that and it will ask you to spread the word that your crops need fertilising. If you click accept then a direct request to fertilise your crops will be published with the two avatars and the puny produce and a neighbour may fertilise your crops.
If you go into the Super Grow published item to fertilize their crops it will take you to their farm and there will be 5 bags of fertilizer on the top left hand corner that you will be able to use to fertilize. Click on 5 of their plots avoiding the plots with the sparkles because they have already been fertilized. After you have fertilized their plots a message will come up saying let your neighbours know that you have performed this task and ask you to accept. When you accept it will publish that information and the neighbour may then repay the favour which means bigger and better crops for you and more XP for having fertilised a neighbours crops and also having yours fertilised.

Gaining quick XP is valuable to levelling up therefore going into your neighbours farms on the base of your FarmVille screen and visiting their farms regularly (it will state that their crops are looking puny will you fertilise) will give you lots and lots of XP not to mention coins. It will also ask you to remove weeds and so on which will give you XP. Your neighbours will need to have plots planted and or ploughed to fertilise their property.

The FarmVille Guide Page is a tremendous volume that permits you to do wonderful actions on your farm that will get you a lot more XP and coins, bonuses and really fast levelling up. It provides valuable information and works very successfully. See our reviews of the top farmville guides.

Start out Farmville the Right Way

Friday, March 19th, 2010

Because you do have so many options, it can be a bit tricky initially to figure out where to begin in order to build your farm correctly.

Increase gradually

You want to get the most out of your territory when you’re playing in the game. This means that you will want to free a large portion of property so that you can deposit as many crops as viable. You do have to be careful about how much land you free at once though. It costs 15 coins to clear one plot of land, so if you clear too many at once, you won't have any coins left to buy the seeds you want to plant.

It's best to bit by bit expand your plowed plots of land so that you are always able to take full advantage of their planting possibility. When you are finished gathering your harvest, It is wise to replant them a.S.A.P.. Once you’ve done this it will be much easier to figure out how much more land you can handle to clear this time around. Following this pattern will speedily allow you to expand your farm while ensuring that you constantly have enough money to plant on all of your cleared plots.

Strategize Your Harvests

An alternative aspect of FarmVille that it can be tough to get the hang of at first is timing your harvests right. Each crop you deposit in the game will take a precise amount of time to mature. Once a crop is mature, you can harvest it. But don’t wait too long. If it takes you too long to get back, your crops will wilt and you'll just have to plow the land again and start again. It's central to plan your plantings so that you will be able to get back and check on your farm before this happens.

One of the huge things about FarmVille is that you can take it as sincerely as you want to take it. If you only want to log in once a week, that’s ok. Just make sure you plant crops that will survive that long. Once you start playing though, you probably won’t be able to stop.

Farmville, Some Tips and Hints you might not be aware of!

Thursday, March 4th, 2010

Bull in the dairy farm leads to a calf. You can place a one Bull into your Dairy farm and have the possibility of finding a baby calf.Depending on the amount of a certain type of cow you have in the building dictates the colour of the calf. For instance I have mostly brown cows and tend to get a brown calf to publish on facebook for my neighbors.I have a green, standard and a brown calf myself and am looking out for a pink one to complete the set .

Which animals can you pet in Farmville? You can only pet animals that make a noisesince the rabbits don’t make any noise, you can’t pet them.

Top Tree in Farmville.Durian Tree.

It is the most natural looking tree there is. It has a nice shade of green and its branches are spread out making it look large and natural. The fruits make it look even nicer while still keeping the overall green appearance.

I think the ornament trees could have been great for decoration because of their dark green shade and forest-like atmosphere, however they look like plastic. I use them anyway but I can only make them look real by partially hiding them between real-looking trees.

I also like the lime tree and the acai tree. The acai tree has an amazing fresh green look - a bright green like a baby plant just starting to come of the ground. The lime tree has the same fresh colors, and look even better with the fruit on (but does not look at natural as the Durian tree).

Passion fruit tree and apricot tree are nice as well: They have a somewhat irregular shape, a nice, natural looking shape of green and nice looking fruits.

The latest walnut tree looks plastic-like as well. It has a very simple shape and relatively unanimous shade of green which doesn't look proper for trees.

Starfruit tree rocks – it has a nice fresh shade of green and looks like something from legends with the fruit on. However, it too looks a bit too artificial.

So in conclusion: Durian tree – best tree ever.

How to Make the Most Money in FarmVille

Thursday, February 4th, 2010

FarmVille is a great place to go to escape the rigors of everyday life. You can get back to nature and enjoy the peace and tranquility that comes from working on the land. However, not everything in FarmVille is an escape from the ordinary. You still need money for just about everything you do. You have to buy the seeds to plant, and you’ll even have to pay a small sum for each plot of land you plow.

These costs are easily managed of course because you’re harvesting and selling your crops for more than it cost to plant them. There are a lot of other items you can buy in the FarmVille market to decorate and build up your farm, and you won’t be able to get these without some significant sums of cash. Buying these items will also get you some much needed experience points to help you advance to the next level, so you’ll have to find a way to make sure you have enough money for all the discretionary items you want to buy.

Earnings Per Hour

Because you’ll be needing your coins for so much in FarmVille, you need to maximize the earning potential of your farm. The best way to do this is to figure out which crops pay out the most coins per hour. For example, strawberries sell for 35 coins per plot of land harvested and they take 4 hours to grow. Pumpkins, on the other hand, take 8 hours to grow and sell for 68 coins per plot of land harvested.

That means, for the same acreage planted, you’ll earn 8.75 coins per hour by planting strawberries, while the pumpkins will only get you 8.5 coins per hour. This may seem like a small difference, but these small amounts can add up fast. Of course, you won’t be getting your money’s worth unless you can harvest the crops as soon as they’re ready and immediately replant on that land.

A Quick Turnaround

If you’re not going to be able to get back to your farm for 8 hours, you’re much better off planting the pumpkins. The longer you leave a crop after it’s done maturing, the less you’ll be getting per hour once you harvest it. You can only make money fast on crops that mature quickly if you’re going to be able to harvest and replant as soon as they’re ready for sale. Make sure you take these details into consideration when you’re selecting your seeds at the Market, and you’ll be seeing your bank account swelling in no time.
