In fact, would you rather give up playing World of WarCraft because you’re annoyed at how long it takes to level up? Or would you rather just get the leveling over with in the fastest and easiest way possible?

Guess what Blizzard wants. I think it’s a win-win situation. If you keep on playing both you and Blizzard win. You have more fun and they earn some money.

Folks, just enjoy the game your way and stop getting irritated if somebody has a different opinion on your mage leveling guide. As long as we all play by the rules, we’ll get to enjoy the game.

Return to Camp Narache to turn in the completed quest and take “The Battleboars” from Grull Hawkwind. After that, go east and kill the battleboars on the way to Brambleblade Ravine. Once you have reached Brambleblade Ravine, kill quilboars and Sharptusk to obtain its head.

Once you’ve done, check out (63,82) and get into the cave. Right click on Dirt-stained map to take “Attack on Camp Narache”. Come back to Camp Narache for now. At this point, you’ll be around level 5.

There are three talent trees: Protection, Fury and Arms.

First of all lets take a look at the Protection talent build. This talent tree turns a wimpy character into a rock-solid tank. Every raid party needs a good tank, as every Warrior guide can tell you.

Step One – Get A Good Leveling Spec

Scavenge forums and blogs. The community is huge and I’m sure you’ll find a good, proven build that you like and that works with the current version of the game.

Step Two – Get A Proven Attack Rotation

With every good leveling spec comes an attack rotation that kills off quest mobs the quickest. Start to practice it constantly. That’s an important aspect of fast leveling.

Do not die.

If you do the math, you’ll be shocked how much gold and time is wasted just by making a mistake and dying. You can prevent this with a little bit of experimenting and practicing.

Step Three – Skip Quests with a low ROI

Now, what do I mean by that?

There are junk quests in the game – they take lots of time but give hardly any exp or gold. Just think of all the group quests. All the time you waste just by searching for a groups. If you want the best xp/hour rate and just ding 80 fast, I recommend you to skip those group quests.

But there are also other, less obvious quests that simply suck up your time and energy. If you want to avoid those time-sinks you can get yourself one of the many in-game leveling guides that are available for every class.

That’s all you need to start fast leveling in WoW. There are many other tricks and tweaks, such as gear and glyphs.

Leveling 1-80 with your Shaman can either be easy as pie or a hard, difficult and discouraging task. It depends on which Shaman leveling spec you use.

The Elemental Tree

The Restoration Tree

A viable option for level 80 characters. Of course, some talents can help you to survive nearly everything. After all, dying costs a lot of time. But you will deal hardly any damage and killing even the weakest mob can take a lot of time. Basically you will not use for Shaman leveling. This spec is used to be a healer for instances.

The Enhancement Tree

This is what we’re looking for. You get the highest DPS for the lowest amount of investment. The Enhancement spec is easy to use, which makes it perfect for shaman leveling.

In my opinion, Enhancement is the Tree of choice for Shaman leveling. Elemental and Restoration are both viable choices once you get to the endgame content. First level to 80 and then you can switch over. If you are not using the Enhancement build right now you might need new gear and some practice. But trust me, the time you will save later is much more than worth it.

Mastering your Warrior in PvE combat is one thing – Mastering Warrior PvP is a whole other beast. If you’re looking to improve your PvP performance with your Warrior, the first step is to understand the role you’re playing in the bigger picture.

When starting PvP, many players only look at their own character as an isolated hero instead of a part of a greater game. Big mistate!

This quick warrior guide let’s look at this whole picture and imagine it was a chess board – the warrior is only a single piece.

As every class, your Warrior plays a very unique role on the battlefield. Once you approach PvP from this strategic perspective, your odds of winning will more than double.

#1 – First of all, get a proven PvP talent spec that fits your playing style.

#2 – Get the right Glyphs and gear to match with your new PvP build. Remember: Resilience all the way! I also recommend you to write down a list of gear you want to get and how to aquire it asap.

#3 – Make yourself familiar with a solid Warrior PvP guide, but don’t get hung up with theoretical studying. Get out there into battlegrounds and arenas and gather some actual experience. And don’t be frustrated if you lose in the beginning, that’s what everyone does before they become champions.

The Right Talent Build

The talent build is crucial for mages. You should try to balance dealing damage and your survivability in difficult battles. I recommend you start out with the Fire tree to level faster in the early stages. You can easily deal with the mobs one by one.

At around level 40, switch to Frost. This spec gives you a great survivability when killing off many mobs at the same time. For fast leveling, your goal is not to die because it’s very time-consuming.

The Right Attack Rotation

Not much to say here. Practice with a few skill rotations and see which one gets the best results. It depends for a big part on the talent build you choose, as well as your style of playing.

Once you get Talent Build and Attack Rotation dialed, the only think holding you back is your choice of quests.

The order in which you accept, complete and close your quests is the biggest factor when it comes to fast leveling.

First of all: The greatest difficulty when playing a warrior in PvP is to get close to ranged damage dealer or healer. Mages, Hunter, Elemental Shamans, Druids and Warlocks… they all don’t want to get into your melee range.

They will either run away as soon as they see you closing in – or even worse, they will immobilize you before you actually manage to get close to them. I’m talking about crowd control abilities like slow, freeze, sleep, fear or seduction.

Some races already have build-in defense mechanisms against those spells. But you are not going to roll a brand new character just to take advantage of the right racial PvP ability, are you?

The first thing I want to recommend you in my Warrior guide is to get a PvP trinket as soon as you can. Equip this trinket every time you enter any battleground. It breaks crowd control effects and helps you to get away or closer to your enemy.

The second advice in my PvP warrior guide is to spec the right talent build. Arms and Fury are the two offensive talent specs that are viable for PvP. In my opinion Arms is superior.

It focuses on using a 2h weapon with a slow rate of attack. Why? Because this way the swing itself deals more damage. The Arms tree gives you lots of options to deal more, instant attack with your weapon. The more damage this hit deals, the better!

Get yourself a PvP trinket, spec the right talent build (Arms) and you have mastered the basics of Warrior PvP combat! Of course this is only the beginning, but you have to start somewhere, right?

Now, first of all let me repeat when the glyph slots are unlocked:

You get your first major glyph slot when you hit level 15. You get your second one at level 30 and the third one at level 80.

Now, on to the major Glyphs for faster leveling!

When you hit level 15 you get to choose for the first time. Which Glyph will support you the most? You can decide whether you want Glyph: Corruption or Glyph: Curse of Agony as your first Glyph.

Now, Corruption will stack with the talent “Nightfall”. At this point, you won’t have any talent points there. A good warlock leveling guide will show you how to spend your talent points in the most effective way. Curse of Agony on the other hand is one of your most used skills. That’s why I recommend you to go for Glyph: Curse of Agony first.

At level 30 you have to decide again: Corruption will certainly help you kill mobs faster, the mana breaks it leads to can suck up a lot of your time. If you don’t have to take mana breaks, choose Corruption for it’s synergetic effect with Nightfall.

You can also get Siphon Life first – it will be of great use because it increases your mana/health efficiency.

Some classes benefit more from groups than others: Classes without build-in healng for example. Also, priests and mages are better suited to groups because they lack armor function. Groups can be beneficial, but they must work efficiently.

Strategy 3

This is one of the WoW tips I give the most often: Honor Kills. Don’t join raid groups to get more honor points. Solo or a normal party is a better choice for getting the most contribution points. Joining a raid party and raid the enemy terretory and kill low-level opponents will only slow your progress down.
